Stephanie B. Poyer has successfully represented businesses and individuals in Kansas state courts and the District of Kansas. She also represents creditors in consumer bankruptcy matters. She is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, Sam A. Crow American Inn of Court, Kansas Bar Association, and Topeka Bar Association.

Ms. Poyer earned her law degree from the Washburn University School of Law (J.D., Cum Laude, 2011) and her undergraduate degree from The College of William & Mary (B.S. Biology, 2005). She is admitted to practice in Kansas and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas.
