Todd B. Butler

Todd B. Butler has successfully represented insurance companies and individuals at the trial level in both state and federal courts. He has also prevailed in numerous appellate arguments before the Kansas Supreme Court and the Kansas Court of Appeals. He has represented clients in claims involving fires, explosions, structural failures, product liability, automobile negligence, and commercial and retail collection claims. He is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, Topeka Bar Association, NASP, CLLA, NARCA and KCAA.

Mr. Butler earned his law degree from Washburn University School of Law (J.D., 1985) and his undergraduate degree from Pittsburg State University (B.S. Information Systems, 1983). He is admitted to practice in Kansas and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas.
